BIM Prime Studio provides BIM modeling, coordination, visualization, and related digital construction services as described on our website and in individual project proposals. All services are subject to a written agreement or accepted proposal.
All projects are quoted on a fixed-price basis unless otherwise agreed. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Changes to project scope may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.
Upon full payment, all deliverables (models, drawings, visualizations) become the property of the client. BIM Prime Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
We treat all client project information as confidential. We do not share project files, drawings, or details with any third party without explicit written permission. NDAs are available upon request.
All projects include revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. We are committed to delivering work that meets the agreed specifications and quality standards. Any issues identified within 30 days of delivery will be corrected at no additional cost.
BIM Prime Studio's liability is limited to the value of the specific project engagement. We are not liable for construction errors, delays, or costs arising from the use of our deliverables beyond our stated scope of work.
